In our Children's Ministry and Youth Group programs, our mission is to help kids find their way to God, to each other, and to contribute to changing the world.
We believe that kids have the capacity to walk intimately with God, and we love to see them learn about Him and connect with Him through Bible stories, songs, and crafts.

Weecare
day care ministry
The Akron Church of God feels very strongly that children are a gift from God. The Wee Care Children's Ministries is a registered children's ministry operating at the church's facilities.
We offer a three fold ministry to children: a daycare for children 8 weeks old and up, preschool for children 3 and 4 years of age, and an after school program for children Kindergarten through 5th grade.

food pantry
Serving residents of Henry and Newcastle Townships, we provide food assistance to those in need.
Our hours of operation are from 2:00P.M. to 4:00 P.M. every Thursday.
